A dedicated housekeeper ensures everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival. Living areas are filled with flowers, bathrooms stocked with towels and kitchens filled with fruits and local aperitives. Daily turnover can be arranged at any preferred time.
Start your day with freshly brewed coffee made just the way you like it. The Residence is equipped with a premium coffee machine and milk frother, allowing you to enjoy everything from rich espresso to creamy cappuccinos in the comfort of your stay.
The Residence is equipped with TVs on six levels, two PlayStation 5, Netflix & HBO, Bluetooth speakers and Wi-Fi. Board games, books, chess and a shuffle board are also available.
Old Town of Rovinj is a pedestrian zone and for arrival by a car, we have secured a private parking for guests of the Residence. Located minutes from the main square.
Upon arrival at the secured parking, our shuttle service will take you and your luggage to the Residence. Lifestyle Manager will welcome you at the door, give you a tour of the house and help to arrange itinerary for your stay.
